How to add videos

Go to Youtube (or any other video sites), grab the embed code for the video you want. Now, go to Pages and click the "Edit Page" link on top. Choose "Video" clip from the left toolbar. Double click the video widget on your page and paste the embedded code into the "HTML source" section. When you are done editing, click exit on the top and save your changes.

How to add music

Get the HTML code for a flash music player. Go to Pages and click the "Edit Page" link on top. Right click on your background of your page and choose "Paste HTML code". Try www.myflashfetish.com for some nice players and huge music selection! When you are done editing, click exit on the top and save your changes.

How to add photos/images

Go to Pages and click the "Edit Page" link on top. Choose the "Photo" or "Image" clip from the left toolbar. An upload box will appear and there you can upload photo from your computer by clicking on the "Upload" button or import images from Flickr, Photobucket, Pyzam, etc. Remember, photos you add on your page will be automatically posted on your Photolog. When you are done editing, click exit on the top and save your changes.

How to upload a background image

On the page of which you want to change the background, click the "Edit Page" link on top. Right click on the background and choose "Background Image". Select the background image you want from the upload box or import an image from other sites. If you want to upload one from your computer, please click on the "Upload" button. When you are done editing, click exit on the top and save your changes.

How to add glitter texts

Go to the page you want to edit and click the "Edit Page" link on top. Choose the "Glitter text" clip from the left toolbar. Double click the white box on your page. Write something on it and select the type of glitter you want to use on its tool palette. When you are done editing, click exit on the top and save your changes.

How to add hyperlinks

Go to the page you want to edit and click "Edit Page" link on top. Select any of these three clips from the left toolbar: Shape, Bubble, or Glitter text. Double click the box on your page and write any words. Find the "Link" bar on its tool palette. You can directly put a URL or if you want a link to one of your pagii pages, select the page link below. When you are done editing, click exit on the top and save your changes.

How to add a HTML code

Get the HTML code you want and copy it. Go to Pages and click "Edit Page" link on top. Right click on the background and choose "Paste HTML code". Paste the code into the box and see if it works. When you are done editing, click exit on the top and save your changes.

How to change a background images

Go to Pages and click the "Edit Page" link on top. Right click on the background and choose "Background Image" to upload your own image; or you can use sample images by choosing "Background Preset". When you are done editing, click exit on the top and save your changes.

How do I edit my page?

If you want to edit things already on your page, double click the element and edit as you want (eg. Text, photo, video, glitter-text, etc). If I pick a design for my page, can I customize it?

Yes! All of the elements can be customized. When you are in the edit mode, click on each element to move or rotate. When you click it, a tool palette will appear on your right; there you can changes its properties as well. When you are done editing, click exit on the top and save your changes.

I chose the "Skip" button and now have a blank page. What do I do?

You now have a clean page to create anything you want! While in the edit mode, go to the "Contents" menu on the left to add shapes, images, glitter text, slideshows and other widgets. When you are done editing, click exit on the top and save your changes.

I see a tool palette appear on the right. What does that mean?

The tool palette provies all kinds of cool and useful functionality for the item you drop on your page. The palette's properties change depending on the type of item you drop. Use the tool palette to make more creative, unique pages!

What can I do with my photos and images once I added them onto my page?

You can do a bunch of cool things. You can make it bigger or smaller just by dragging one of the corners in or out. Also, you can animate your image using the tool palette by clicking on the Animation bar and choosing from the various animation features.

How do I see a list of pages I've created?

To see your pages, go to Pages and put your mouse under the top bar where it says "More Pages".

What is Photolog?

Photolog is where you can see all the photos you've got on your Pagii gallery. Each Photolg has a single photo and space for comments. If you have ever wanted a blog for sharing photos with others, take this great opportunity to create a fun photo story book with us!

How to upload a photo

Go to Photolog on the top bar and click the "Upload" link under the menu. You can upload from your computer or import from other websites.

How to delete a photo

On your Photolog, click the "Photolist" link under the menu. Click the "delete" link of the photo you want to delete. Remember that when you delete a photo on your Photolist, it will be removed from both your web page and Photolog.

How to make a photo private

Go to Photolog and click the "Photolist" link under the menu. Click the "Edit" link beside the photo you want to set as private. Set the "Who can see" entry as you want.

How do I invite friends on my address book?

Go to Friends on the top bar and click on the "Invite your friends" link below, then you can import your email address book and send invitations to people on the list.

How do I invite friends by typing in their email addresses?

Go to Browse on the top bar and go to the Search tab. Click on the "Find Schoolmates" button (If you haven't entered your school info, please do so in order to continue). If you look at the bottom of your page, there you can type in your friends' email address.

How do I add a friend?

To add a friend, use our Search or Browse tool to find people you know and click on the "add to friends" button on their Profile, Page, or Photolog. A friend request will be sent to that person. Once they accept to be friends with you, they will show up on your friends list.

How do I accept or reject a friend request?

When you check out a new friend request on your Inbox, there should be two buttons on the body of the message, "Accept" and "Reject". If you want to be friends with the person who sent the request, click "Accept"; otherwise click "Reject". Friend requests will be automatically deleted as soon as you accept or reject them.

Is there a way to cancel a friend request?

Unfortunately, there is no way to cancel a friend request once it has been sent out.

If I reject a friend request, will they find out?

No, When you reject someone, they will not be notified.

What is "Friend Recommendation"?

When you make a new friend or accept a friend request on Pagii, you can recommend that person to your other friends. You might, as well, receive Friend Recommendations from your friends.

Where do I find "Friend Recommendation"?

Go to Inbox and click on the "Recommendation" link. Then, you can only view recommendations from your friends.

How do I view my friends list?

Go to Friends on the top bar and there you can check out all your friends' info. for now, newly added friends are listed on the top, but we will try to add the friend organizing tool so that you can make your own friends list.

How do I remove a friend?

Go to Friends on the top bar and find out the person you want to delete from your friends list and click on the "Remove Friend" link on the right side. If you wish to be friends with this person later on, you will need to send a friend request again.

If I remove someone as a friend, will they be notified?

No, but all friend links are reciprocal, so you will be also removed from their list as well.

How do I send a message?

It is simple and easy to communicate with friends on Pagii. You can choose to send a message while viewing someone's Profile, Pages, or Photolog. Click on the "Send a message" link on the top blue bar and type in the subject and body of the message. You can also select "Compose" from your Inbox, and type in the name of friends you would like to message. When you are done writing your message, just click "send". Your friend will be notified the next time they log in.

How do I send a message to more than 1 person?

While composing a message, enter the names (separate by comma) of your friends you want to message into the "To" section.

How do I save a message?

If you want to keep certain messages from your friends, click on the "Save" button while viewing the message.

What happends if I do not save messages in my Inbox?

If you do not save your messages, they will be automatically deleted after 60 days.

How do I reply to a message?

While viewing a message, click on the "Reply" button to reply to the person.

How do I delete a message?

While viewing a message, click on the "Delete" button to delete a message. To delete more than 1 message at once, mark the checkbox each message has on the left side in your Inbox.

Can I send a message to all my friends?

For now, there is no way to send a message to all your friends. You have to enter all your friends' names into the "To" section to do so. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Can I include a link into my message?

Sure you can! When you compose a message, copy and paste a link you want to include. Just remember that the link should start with "www." or "http://".

Can I resotre deleted message?

Unforunately, you cannot resotre deleted messages. So think carefully when you delete a message.

What do I if I have a problem with my Inbox?

In order to help you right, we need to know what exactly your problem is. Please message us back with answers to these questions. How do I change username, email, or password?

Go to the Forum and click on the "Create Now" button. You can insert images or videos to describe your topic.

How do I participate in an existing topic?

If you click on the topic name, you will find a full display of all existing posts and will be given the option to either "Post Reply" to the topic or "Add comment" to a specific post. Your reply will then appear at the beginning of the topic.

How do I insert an image or a link?

When you post a new topic or a reply, you can attach images or links by using "Insert Image" and "Insert Link".

How do I post a video?

Get the embed code of the video you want and paste it into the message part while posting a new topic or a reply.

what do those stars above pet mean?

The stars over your pet's head represent how much the pet has been loved by others. Ask your friends to feed or pet and get more stars for your pet!

How do I feed or pet my (friend's) pet?

Go to Profile on the top bar and click on the "Menu" button on the pet playground. Select "Feed" or "Pet" to make your pet happy! Feeding one biscuit costs 1 Pet Money and you can pet 10 times per day. If you want to feed or pet your friend's pet, navigate to your friend's Profile and do the same.

How do I find out who have fed or petted my pet?

Go to Profile on the top bar and click on the "Updates" button on the pet playground. A box will pop up where you can check out recent updates for your pet.

What do I do with my Pet Money?

You can use your Pet Money to feed your pet and to purchase new items for your pet.

How do I earn Pet Money?

You can earn Pet Money by playing the Pet Feeding game. How much you earn depends on how well you play the game. Just keep in mind that you are limited to earn 300 Pet Money per day. Another way you can get Pet money is that when your friends select your pet to play with on the Pet game. You receive some Pet Money proportional to your friend's score.

How do I buy new items for my pet?

The Pet Shop is now open! To go to the Pet Shop, go to Profile and click on the "Shop" button on the pet playground. Purchase new pets, backgrounds, or accessories and make your pet happy!

How do I put on the newly purchased items?

Go to Profile on the top bar and click on the "Menu" button on the pet playground. Select "Set Up" and there you can change type, background, or accessory for your pet!

The four pets are sitting at each corner, waiting for the food on their bowls. Your job is to guide kids to the right path so they can bring food to the right pet. Use the arrow keys on your keyboard to change the direction on the playing field. The game gets over when you feed the wrong food. Remember that the game gets faster with every level. What is friends-only comment wall?

If you get a message that this is friends-only comment wall, you cannot leave a comment on the wall unless you become friends with the person. Add the person to your friends list first and then try again!

To make your comment wall private, go to Pages and click on the "Edit Page" link. Select the "Comment" widget from the left toolbar and double click it. There you can change the privacy setting of your comment wall. After you're done, click "Exit" and save the changes.
